Sometimes the two cards dealt by the dealer are consecutive. To play the game till the end there should happen a non-consecutive hand. For example the spread between a 3 and a 10 is 6(4,5,6,7,8,9).
When the spread is announced and marked (by the Red Dog), players have to decide whether they want to raise an initial bet or not. You win if the value of the third card falls between the values of the first two cards.
