How to Play Red Dog. You can see your bet total in the Player Information box. Clicking on the right mouse button and it will decrease your planned wager amount.
After placing a bet press on the ‘Deal’ button and the game will start. The cards will be dealt face up on the table. A Red Dog is placed on the table indicating the spread between the two cards the dealer has drawn.
Sometimes the first initial cards dealt by the dealer are the cards of the same value (a pair). If there are two equal cards the player will not lose anyway. If the value of the third card is different from the value of the first two cards the player is given his bet back. If the third drawn card is of the same value, the player is paid 11:1.
Sometimes the two cards dealt by the dealer are consecutive. In the case of a consecutive hand the hand is declared a push and the player is given his original bet back. In the case of a non-consecutive hand the dealer announces the spread between the two dealt cards. A red Dog is places on the table to indicate the spread between two cards. The spread is the number of values that fall between two drawn cards. For example the spread between a 3 and a 10 is 6(4,5,6,7,8,9). The dealer draws one more, the third card as soon as you click on the “RAISE” or ”STAND” button. The value of the third card is compared to the value of the first two cards.
