You can see your bet total in the Player Information box. You can increase or decrease the bet amount. Place the mouse on the stack that you wish to add or subtract to your bet. For example the spread between a 3 and a 10 is 6(4,5,6,7,8,9).
When the spread is announced and marked (by the Red Dog), players have to decide whether they want to raise an initial bet or not.
