How to Play Red Dog. At the bottom of the casino game window there are chips of different denomination. You can see your bet total in the Player Information box. Sometimes the two cards dealt by the dealer are consecutive. In the case of a consecutive hand the hand is declared a push and the player is given his original bet back. To play the game till the end there should happen a non-consecutive hand. In the case of a non-consecutive hand the dealer announces the spread between the two dealt cards.
When the spread is announced and marked (by the Red Dog), players have to decide whether they want to raise an initial bet or not.
